That feels a little too harsh. He's not bad for a 20 year old. Dorgu is fantastic at finding space and making runs down the channels so it's natural that he gets the ball in good positions.
The problem is his crossing and passing w.r.t. creating chances is terrible so our attacks are often impotent. I think he lacks the talent to be good enough here so I don't think he'll be a top top left back but he could be a decent backup.
Regardless, he's better than Shaw, simply by virtue of being a much better defender, even if Shaw was 100% fit.
