Glazers out. Only thing that can lead to the recovery of the club. And peaceful demonstrating won't cut it.
From Sky:
Man Utd fan group announce protest to demand INEOS removal
Manchester United fan group The 1958 have announced plans to demonstrate in protest of INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe's ownership before the game against Fulham at Old Trafford on February 1.
The group are demanding the complete removal of the current ownership model, including Ratcliffe, INEOS and the Glazers, calling for a vote of no confidence against Omar Berrada and Jason Wilcox.
They also claim the partial owners of United are turning "the club into a circus" following the sacking of Ruben Amorim after 14 months in charge at Old Trafford.
“After lurching from one disaster to another, Ratcliffe comes across as an incompetent clown turning the club into a circus. Instead of best in class, we're a laughing stock,” said a group spokesman.
“It has been an extraordinary and deeply troubling few days at Manchester United. On the pitch, we are watching mediocre performances from an average team drifting without identity, direction, or ambition. Off it, the chaos is even worse.
“A manager has reportedly been dismissed not primarily for abject performances against Grimsby, Everton, West Ham, and Wolves, but allegedly for a heated exchange with Jason Wilcox.
"Wilcox, a man with just nine months’ experience as a director of football at Southampton, is said to have attempted to interfere tactically, despite the club hiring Ruben, fully aware of his rigid system. The situation beggars belief."
The statement added: “This needs to be stopped. We must fight for our club. We must fight for fan culture before it is too late.
“For Ratcliffe and the Glazers the game is over. "

Count me 100% in, but we've had protests for years and nothing changes.
When does peaceful protest ever really make a difference?

I'd get rid of the owners but Berrada and Wilcox apparently know their shit. They need more time to prove themselves. Getting rid of them so soon just adds to the chaos and inconsistency the 1958 are complaining about.
Something about the 1958 is off. They clearly want the Qataris or some other sportswashing cunts. Obviously we all want rid of the Glazers, but they were the loudest protesting INEOS' involvement, not because they have reservations about a bunch of Tory petro-cunts with dictator mates, but because they wanted a "full sale" - i.e. Qatar or something similar.
For that reason, I can't take them 100% seriously. Seems the wrong time for a protest too and the vociferous reaction is a bit overblown, like they sense the opportunity to make things as toxic as possible.
Not that INEOS don't deserve criticism, but removing them completely is the wrong move. If it was up to me, I'd sack Berrada and be blunt with Wilcox about the next appointment having to work, or else.

Not to be melodramatic after another shit result, but what future do we actually have?
It's one thing to be shit. But we're shit, drowning in debt and riddled with incompetence from the top down.

Not sure if this has been posted elsewhere, but in our desperation for cash we've agreed a TV series deal with some American production company, to make a soap opera show about 'United's story', akin to 'The Crown'.
Fuck me. Literally a soap opera. And The Glazers will be heroes of the day, no doubt.

There's no way they can do a successful propaganda piece on the last 10/20 years under the Glazers and it not tank. The facts are the facts. The mismanagement and destruction are well known.JoelfuckingGlazer wrote: ↑3 weeks ago Not sure if this has been posted elsewhere, but in our desperation for cash we've agreed a TV series deal with some American production company, to make a soap opera show about 'United's story', akin to 'The Crown'.

I wonder if the angle will be 'things were a bit shit under the Glazers but now Ratcliffe & co are here to save the day ' kind of thing.
Or whether it's a general United thing that covers Newton Heath, Munich etc. But even then the Glazer period stands out as shit and costing the club dear. You can't hide it.
