Ineos are blindly chasing the players the manager points to.
What happens to these players when Ten Hag inevitably gets the sack?

Football365 so it must be proper journalism.

I don’t think it’s a major deal that we’re going for players the manager feels comfortable with, as long as we’re not paying £90m for them and they end up being doghsit. If Ineos fix those idiotic issues, they’re 90% of the way there.

Really stupid would be to give Hag a new deal, get him only players he wants (doesn’t seem to be the case for Yoro and Zirkzee) then sack him a few months later. If that came to pass, they’d look almost as stupid as the glazers.

It is a big deal mate. Ineos seem to be doing what woodward was doing when it comes to transfers

They almost sacked ten hag and interviewed Tuchel of all people. Maybe Southgate too perhaps? God, I hope that is not true. Luckily they saw some sense and didn't hire these managers. Or perhaps these managers wanted some time off and Ineos are just waiting?

But this means ten hag is say under a PIP plan of sorts. The trust isn't fully there. Fair enough.

But then Ineos seem to be chasing players/staff that ten hag points to. Now if he gets the sack and the new manager points to Spain, Germany or whatever then we're fucked aren't we?

OK. This ground breaking info below is not from football 365.

there's now a full 11 of players signed by Ten Hag who played in the Netherlands.

Onana
Mazaroui - De Ligt - Martinez - Malacia
Mount - Amrabat - Eriksen
Antony - Wout - Zirkzee

And then there is the staff.

I wasn't too sure about SJR coming in but his team has done more than I could have hoped for.

I'm happy with the new signings we've made. Getting rid of deadwood has been harder, but a few players that we'd want to shift will be out of contract in a year's time.

All I ask for this season is that the football on show is better than last and we look like we're heading in the right direction. The leadership team did the right thing giving ETH his third season. Now he has to deliver.

Southampton and West Ham, maybe. But we're gonna struggle in the rest. Having said that, we struggle against shite teams more so than top teams.

I wouldn't be surprised if Hag got the boot during that run. If not, at the end of it - after 9 games, going into November.

He's trying something different with this 424 thing but it's not working so far.

New signings in the Ratcliffe era:

De Ligt - good start but we conceded 3.
Zirkzee - shit start but some promising signs.
Mazaroui - looks better than Dalot and AWB
Ugarte - not match fit
Yoro - injured
