I wonder if there’s a risk, given the season’s performance so far, of the Gazers bailing out?

Wishful thinking I'm afraid, Swamps.

A couple of weeks of bad press never discouraged them before. With the new training complex, costcutting and stadium plans, the club is as valuable as ever. Why would they chage a habit of a lifetime and suddenly give a fuck about what's happening on the pitch?

Record revenues but there still isn't/wasn't enough to fund all of the summer buys, so they rolled out the credit card again and added another 105m to the massive debt pile

They also managed to increase the amount the club can borrow to 350m from 300m, and change the repayment date from 2027 to 2029

Jim kicks the can further down the road to a magical future when the club is winning titles again and we can afford to pay off our debts

The club has added to the debt pile funding and inexperienced stubbornly idealistic manager who needs 15/16 very specific players (an 11 and a bench) for his system otherwise it's just total dog shit and we lose every week

He's also created a dire atmosphere at the club and threatens to quit when we lose lol

At least the EBITDA is good which means we might be able to fund a 100k new stadium. We can watch us lose from 300 feet in the air.

Yeah, might just be wishful thinking Felwin, but what I was thinking was that if we continue to stumble along with Amorim, and look like we might end up in potential relegation territory, that they might bail out rather than face a loss of value.

Wilcox seems shocked how big United is, and how difficult the job is. It's hard for us fans to understand from the outside tbf but everybody that joins the club, even greats like Mourinho, struggle with the size and expectations.

Worrying as well tbf as Wilcox is the DoF.

Don't know where to put this but someone caught a mouse in their pint glass at Old Trafford

Really sad to see what the Glazers' greed has done to the stadium

Quite impressive that we're getting away fans to catch them for us though. That'll save on the exterminator bills.

I think what Dozer is trying to say is that he knew everything all along and that everyone else has no idea. What he knows and what everyone else knows changes between posts. - Felwin 31/10/2024

Absolutely. We can go one further and start putting them on the menu in the Red Cafe.
