Zirkzee and Mainoo have been awful. We really should have kept Case on.

They've only had 2 days post-Amorim. But the signs are good. Tons of chances, lots of good attacking play.

I think they need more confidence, especially in defence. It's gonna take more than 2 days to move away from Amorims bullshit.

We've been shit defensively.
We couldn't beat a 19th placed team. Our subs showed our lack of quality. Zirkzee and Mainoo hopefully won't be subbed on for a long time.

This is what a work in progress should look like. Lots of imperfect players and rustiness but loads of positives.

Keep creating chances, keep taking risks, get the transfers right to upgrade areas where needed. That's it. We need to feel like we're going somewhere.
