He was completely mis profiled by Amorim - he doesn't have the mobility or profile to play in a 2. Never in a million years. He's tailor made for being an 8 in a midfield 3. Stick a mobile destroyer behind him, and a quality 10 in front, he'll be dynamite because he's technically fantastic.
Like Bruno, he has to play well on his own merit and he's not done that this season or the last.
He's very young so he could get back to being a top talent but I'm only calling out his current performances. He's poor now - I'm not saying he'll be shit forever.
