Yeah, this used to piss me off under Woodward. He'd sack a manager and not have another one lined up. Often he had no clue who he wantee.

It's shit planning. It means you're always playing catch up, and the players have to get used to even more managers. Fletcher is the fourth interim after Giggs, Ruud and Carrick.
