Not really sure what dozer expected from the interim.
Zidane, backed up by coaching staff of conte, tuchel and poch maybe.
By all accounts Holland has been there and done it at top clubs, and international level, lots of experience, seems a good pick to back up Carrick, who was the main coach under ole last time around. Woodgate was top player, and worked with Carrick at boro, so he knows what he offers. And Evans is link to the dressing room and players.

I'm convinced we'll go all in for Tuchel. Not convinced he'll want it.
I don't expect much from an interim which is why I said we can't get top staff as interims.Jason wrote: ↑1 month agoNot really sure what dozer expected from the interim.

Does anyone expect anything to change under Carrick? Like actually change?
He's tried to rally the troops for City at weekend but fucking hell... I'm not even sure we'll get a bounce. A bounce is not automatic, it takes skill, momentum, the right attitude, as well as good players.
It feels like no one can bring that to the club anymore cos everyone knows that it's fucked from top to bottom.
When we played Wolves, their players were abject, the fans were chanting about the owners - they were in disarray. It was nasty, ugly, dysfunctional. Well that's been us on & off for 12 years. Wolves are fucked. It's obvious from the outside. But so are we. I just think we can't see it cos we're inside it. And some have this belief that United is too big to fail - when it is literally failing.

I don't see anything other than a pumping in the next 2 games, which would have been the same under Amorim.
After that, I think we'll see a marginal improvement on the basis that more players will be in roles and a system that's more natural to them, I expect performances to be better on the eye but I don't expect much to change results wise.
