It’s easy to try and forget the start of the season (and basically all of the past 4 years) but sometimes this group reverts back to some of the shite we’ve seen under Amorim and ETH. Shite performance but shows we aren’t anywhere near the finished article and we still need big changes.

The squad went on a training camp in Ireland during the break when they probably should have arranged a couple of friendlies instead. It's not just the 26 day break, there's been a lack of playing time right throughout the season. It's affected the overall fitness, sharpness, rhythm etc. I'd be looking at Berrada for that. He makes the big decisions.

That's not to excuse the individual shitness, like Shaw who is finished.

A couple of games would have raised a few mil as well.

Fuck his reputation, Berrada should've been sacked along with Amorim to prove a point. He outmuscled Ashworth making that an expensive mistake, then pushed for Amorim when others had concerns about his shite formation.

Even if he is some sort of football admin genius and is well-connected, mistakes at that level have to be punished.
