I did not know this. Thanksdozer wrote: ↑2 months agoYou're not familiar with his gambling situation?
His Wikipedia lists out his gambling allegations both by the Italian federation and English FA although I think the English FA allegations weren't proven or match fixing allegations werent proven - I can't recall.
Another player Fagioli said Tonali was the one who got him into this, although idk if that was established as a proven fact.

Another link speaking about other players being introduced to gambling by Tonali and Fagioli.

I don't know if this is again proven as a fact. But why risk it mate? He could be a terrible influence among our players when we should be cleaning house. Both Sandro Tonali and Fagioli were found recommending illegal gambling websites to other players, including Alessandro Florenzi and Zaniolo among others.

He likes a gamble, maybe that's why he wants to sign for United; we could be great, we could be shite.
Sounds like he's more into the type of betting where he knows the outcome, so in that respect, we're the opposite of a good move.Fuck the Glazers wrote: ↑2 months ago He likes a gamble, maybe that's why he wants to sign for United; we could be great, we could be shite.

Real Madrid's Aurelien Tchouameni has emerged as one of the international midfielders Manchester United are monitoring as they look to address their priority position this summer.

If it's the gossip column, ignore it. Any time we're linked to wantaways from big clubs you can bet your house on it being agents drumming up a market.Fuck the Glazers wrote: ↑1 month ago Real Madrid's Aurelien Tchouameni has emerged as one of the international midfielders Manchester United are monitoring as they look to address their priority position this summer.

Yup, we're linked with new midfielders each week.Felwin wrote: ↑1 month agoIf it's the gossip column, ignore it. We are very strongly linked with making a move for Anderson but don't think we'd be able to afford what Forest will demand for him and he might also prefer City.
I'd rather we went for 2 decent midfielders over one blockbuster signing.
Agree, we're all desperate for us to be sensible. But Ando looks excellent. There are shades of Robbo, Keano and Scholes to his game - he looks like a United midfielder should look.fat maradona wrote: ↑1 month agoYup, we're linked with new midfielders each week.Felwin wrote: ↑1 month agoIf it's the gossip column, ignore it. But times have changed and if he wants to set up his family for several generations with creative offshore accounting, then let him. Everyone has their priorities.

It's from a stand alone article by Simon Stone so a bit more credible.fat maradona wrote: ↑1 month agoYup, we're linked with new midfielders each week.Felwin wrote: ↑1 month agoIf it's the gossip column, ignore it. If nothing else, hopefully this shows they're actively looking and approaching players. Conversations should be well under by now. NGL I'm excited about bringing in a quality midfielder or two. It should have a noticeable impact on the team.
If elliot Anderson, at 23, and likely earning 10m a year even if he signed for us, cant turn that into generational wealth, he needs to hire better financial advisors!Felwin wrote: ↑1 month agoAgree, we're all desperate for us to be sensible. I agree, but the earnings at City involve (allegedly) assets and anonymous investments in shell companies in the UAE. 10m is fish food compared to the earnings when you start playing that game.Jason wrote: ↑1 month agoIf elliot Anderson, at 23, and likely earning 10m a year even if he signed for us, cant turn that into generational wealth, he needs to hire better financial advisors!Felwin wrote: ↑1 month agoAgree, we're all desperate for us to be sensible.
