… T-Shirts that is, in Rant’s competition to win this fantastic pair of original designs from Live Breathe Futbol. Arguably the two finest players to grace Old Trafford, Best and Cantona have appeared in more than 650 games for United, scoring 262 goals between them. From Best’s dribbling, to Cantona’s ability to ‘open the can’, each is remembered with great affection by United supporters worldwide. While Best was lost to use five years ago, Cantona lives on, bringing his New York Cosmos to Old Trafford in August.
They say football is about the moments ; when Best scored in the ’68 European Cup Final or King Eric struck to win the ’96 FC Cup. To be in with a chance of winning, get involved on Twitter, Facebook or in the comments below and tell us about your favourite CANTONA or BEST moment:

Good luck!
Fuckinell. One moment from either player? A hard task indeed.
My favourite would have to be Eric outfoxing a couple of Sunderland midfielders on the half way line, charging forward, playing a one-two with Brian McClair, not even taking a touch, then clipping the most exquisite chip over the keeper you could wish to see, right in the postage stamp. As if that wasn’t good enough, he followed it with the. Best. Celebration. Ever. It just summed up everything about him as a player and as a chap.
Basically, this.
‘You cant win anything with kids’ ‘Love it’.Really Pool.
.
Eric’s last minute winner against Liverpool in 96.
Thats how to have balance grace and technique, for a man built like a brick shite house.
The 2nd season that the ‘king’ was top goal scorer at Old Trafford in all competitions, the 1st team to win two cups in one season, twice.
That to me symbolizes Eric Cantona ‘rabbit out of hat’.
Best moment hands down looking back is the famous Kung fu kick to palace Fan Matt, made jackie chan look like bambi on ice united, kids, wife
cantona versus liverpool at OT in his first game back from suspension..ruddock the cunt folded erics collar down in a complete spazzy moment of bravado…..a few minutes later eric took the piss out of him and called him a fat fucker…..he then took the cunt out big time…..got booked…He then scored the equaliser on his comeback and set up the 1st goal as well…
ruddock goes on record that he shit himself after the game when eric came looking for him….
The pass for Denis Irwin’s goal against Spurs in the 4-1 win in 1993. The touch of a genius.
Why bother?
Easily my favourite goal of his… but it was the pose that really made the moment.
Standing there, with his arms aloft… that was Eric saying to the fans… “this is my home, and these are my people”.
Fantastic theatre… stuff of legend…
