Sir Alex Ferguson says that there is “no chance” of Manchester United fans supporting a boycott, even if it meant driving the Glazer family out of the club. Ferguson, who is supportive of the Glazers, mocked the idea at yesterday’s press conference. But if the Glazer family refuse to sell the so-called Red Knights may call on fans to boycott games. Would you?

This poll does not give an unbiased view of the current situation, it should say “Would you give up your season tickets next season, in protest of The Glazers?”
Lots of people might support a boycott but very little will actually do it.
But then again i will be surprised if this comment gets posted anyway, stop putting words in peoples mouths tell the facts.
Not sure why you think comments wont be posted. They all are, unless it contains personally offensive comments. I’m not sure I get your point – which “facts” are those that you think are missing?
that was a rather deranged comment.
I think if the Glazer family love Man Utd they should make informed decisions backed by the Majority fan base as well as not put the team under huge debt or use it to profit their interests first at the expense of the team. Surely sanity should ultimately prevail.
If I still had my ST in Stretford End lower (*sob*) I would certainly be considering not attending premier league games for sure.
I think what is more important than existing season ticket holders giving up their seats is getting the word overseas, so that foreign fans stop buying the kit. I wonder how many of them really understand what is happening to United, and how all fans need to pull together to make a change.
I stopped buying merchandise in 2005, and its annoyed me every time I’ve seen that AIG logo since. Personally I think the green and gold campaign is brilliant because for the first time in 5 years I can show my pride in being a United supporter without lining Glazer’s pockets.
a boycott will hurt the team the most not the glazers, then we end up empty handed at the end of the season and with a load of debt and the glazers, lets not cut our nose to spite ourselves.
the knights and glazers its all business and figures will be key
I decided not to renew my season ticket when the Glazers took over. I did the demo’s and the meeting at the Apollo. I was convinced that giving up my ST would hurt the Glazers. A lot of people said they’d “fight-from-within” which I understood because I knew how hard it was to give up my ST. But they let us down and it turned out to be all talk. These “fight-from-within” fans couldn’t even give up their half time pint never mind their season ticket! Its taken the revelations in the bond documents to wake up the “fight-from-within” and the Green and Gold was a brilliant move. Hopefully this means I’ll be back at OT very soon. LUHG.
