The Manchester United Supporters’ Trust (MUST) has begun an outdoor advertising campaign in the city aimed at boosting membership, which is just shy of 150,000. The campaign, led by creative agencies the Cernis Collective and Why Not Associates, went live on Thursday and carries the lines “Are you United?” and “One love”.
The giant 48 and 96-sheet posters will appear around town this week, including Deansgate (above). MUST, which recently engaged digital media agency Blue State Digital to run social media campaigns on the internet, has rapidly increased membership in recent months from 34,000 in January.
