Giving Up
It has been another depressing week. United lost heavily to Everton at Goodison Park in one of the most humiliating defeats of the post-Ferguson era. To compound a miserable week, Ole Gunnar Solkjaer’s side was comfortably beaten by City at Old Trafford. Ed & Paul look back on two games that have probably decided United’s season: trophyless and outside of the Champions League once again. Where does the club go from here? Will it be yet more years in the wilderness? What can Ole do to turn the ship around when his employers put money over progress, every time?

Laa Laa La La Laa La…
If they’ve broken you then what hope any of us?
Dude u forgot the fun of Oles first few months very quickly
Paul, please stop moaning! Life is full of ups and downs. It would certainly be more rewarding if we could hear some more constructive comments from you. Ed seems to be able to see the larger picture and is therefore able in contrast to you to give us listeners some hope for the future. But all in all, I love the podcast. Keep it up ,lads.
I am not even a United fan and I enjoy listening to this podcast. You both talk as fans and as knowledgeable individuals and represent many of the feelings we have about our own clubs and the current state of football ownership.
Continue ranting!
We need to buy two centre halves, a right back, defensive midfielder and right sided attacker, £300 million should cover it!
Move on Lukaku, Darmian, Sanchez, Matic and Bailly (should raise £100 million).
Promote from reserves Greenwood, Garner, Gomes and Chong.
Give Ole a pre-season and we will be on the road back!
