That’s Entertainment
On this week’s pack show regular presenters Ed and Paul look back on 2012 with friends Awate, Doron, Musa and Liz, and to a positive future in 2013. We discuss the highs and lows of the past 12 months and look forward to some attacking football in the coming year. Also on the show: we look back on United’s victories over West Brom and Wigan in the Premier League – where did all those clean sheets come from? We discuss the transfer window, with United having already shipped out Angelo Henriquez and Bebe on loan, and Joshua King on a permanent deal. Meanwhile, Liverpool spend big on mediocre English players, while Chelsea capture Newcastle Demba Ba. And finally, talk Sir Alex Ferguson – once again postponing retirement!

Highlight for me looking back was Scholes return, just incredulous feeling. RVP signing also high but wasn’t sure at the time. Feels like a better deal now than it did then. Didn’t know how good he was.
Lowlight is watching the best youth team in a generation disintegrate with three potentially very good players leaving. Can’t justify some of the wages mentioned but if they are that good and being offered it from somewhere else then what can you do. I do feel it would push all the wages up at the club though. Can’t really complain with pogba as we nabbed him off another team. Wonder if another manager would have offered more money.
Another high was City losing to Arsenal as it looked like the league had turned if we just did the business, which they usually do then came the lows of Wigan and Everton. Didn’t expect us to win away at Etihad or City to drop points at qpr so don’t have them as lows.
Have to say though the biggest highlight for me which I only found out about 20 minutes before the end of the year from reading unitedrant on twitter was mike parry doing the cinnamon challenge.
