Manchester United Four
Standard. Sure, it may have taken three goals in the last seven minutes to break Everton, but United 4 is fast becoming the most popular scoreline this season. It was also the day Wayne Rooney returned to Old Trafford. He was mostly confused about his position. Ed & Paul look back on United’s victory, together with the midweek Champions League game against Basel, and last week’s frustrating draw at Stoke. There’s a preview of the Reds’ games with Burton Albion in the League Cup and next weekend’s Premier League match at Southampton. And, as always, the lads go through plenty of listener questions.

I don’t have Facebook or any other social media address/access so I haven’t registered for commenting on the other forums – much to everyone’s satisfaction, I’d guess.
Anyhow, I just checked out the forum on “transfers” and was astonished to see that there has been no discussion of the implications of today’s news that Diego Costa will be joining Athletico Madrid in January.
This seems like good news to UTD fan-boys since it makes Griezmann’s exit more likely – probably after this season and not during the January transfer window.
I look forward to being verbally-accosted by all the usual suspects !
