Living on Meth
Ed and Paul look into the distant past at United’s narrow win over Bolton Wanderers at Old Trafford, where the Reds again flattered to deceive. We discuss the international break; Danny Welbeck’s pride, Javier Hernandez’ goals and Sir Alex Ferguson’s contradictory view on ‘friendlies’. We’ll look ahead to games against West Ham United and Chelsea in the coming week, express our concern for Darren Fletcher’s health and look forward to welcoming Anderson and Nemanja Vidic back into the squad for two massive games.

Sorry, but Terry kicked his standing foot and fell over because he planted his standing foot too close to the ball. He didn’t slip, it wasn’t bad luck. It was incompetence under pressure.
Otherwise excellent as usual
Good point, well made!
Thanks for the kind words too.
International football is dead; the sooner we all accept it and get on with the club game, the better we’ll be!
